How do I earn Platinum Rewards points?
By making purchases from the jeweler where you joined the program. Most purchases you make will allow you to earn points. Certain types of purchases may not qualify for points earning, and others may earn points at higher or lower rates than typical purchases. Your member jeweler has complete details.
Where can I redeem the points I earn with Platinum Rewards?
You redeem points at the jeweler where you joined the program. Points have a value of one cent each toward future purchases you make with your jeweler. For example, if you have 200,000 points earned, then those points have a value of $2,000 toward a jewelry purchase. Points you earn can be redeemed only a the jeweler where they were earned, and cannot be transferred.
How do I redeem my Platinum Rewards points?
A sales associate at the jeweler where you joined the program can assist you. He or she can confirm your account balance, and redeem the number of points desired. A minimum of 10,000 points must be accumulated before points can be redeemed toward a purchase. Your jeweler gets you started with 2,500 FREE points when you join the program.
How quickly can I redeem points after I earn them?
In most cases, points you earn will be available to you within thirty (30) days of the purchase on which you earned those points. Ask a sales associate with the jeweler where you joined the program for more details.
Who can participate?
Any individual 18 years of age or older. There may also be geographical or residency requirements, which vary from jeweler to jeweler participating in the program.
Will my Platinum Rewards points ever expire?
Under normal circumstances, no. However, if a member's account is inactive for an extended period, the account may be closed, and earned points forfeited. Ask a sales associate at the jeweler where you joined the program for additional information.
What are the terms and conditions of the program?
Terms and conditions vary from jeweler to jeweler participating in the Platinum Rewards program. Contact your member jeweler for complete terms and conditions.
