How do I redeem my Platinum Rewards points?
Your Lacy & Co. sales associate will be happy to redeem your Platinum Rewards
points at the time of purchase. He or she can confirm your account balance and
redeem the number of Platinum Rewards points desired. A minimum redemption
of 10,000 points ($100 in reward dollars) is required.
On redemption, one point = one penny. For example, if you have 200,000 Platinum
Rewards points in your account, you can receive up to a $2,000 credit against
your purchase. You can only redeem Platinum Rewards points up to the full value
of your purchase. No cash can be returned. You can retain unused points for
future purchases.

How do I earn Platinum Rewards points?
There are three ways to earn Platinum Rewards points:

Making purchases from
Lacy & Co. and at
http://www.lacyandcompany.com.
Platinum Rewards members will automatically
earn points for most
purchases made, with
the exception of jewelry
repairs, watch repairs, restringing
and appraisals. See
your jeweler for complete details on qualifying purchases.

You earn points when you make purchases from participating online merchants
listed on this site ("network purchases"). When you access the merchant through
this site, you will receive credit for the purchases you make, which are
returned to you in the form of points.

You also earn points through special promotions, both at Lacy & Co., and
here on the Platinum Rewards web site. As a Platinum Rewards member, you will
be notified by e-mail of such opportunities when they're made available. (Make
sure you have set your e-mail delivery preferences
to receive these messages!)
TIP: For the fastest possible points accumulation, we encourage you to start
any online shopping experience right here. Browse the online
merchants participating in the program. Looking for a new pair of slacks? Start
here. Toys for a nephew? Start here. While we understand you may not do all
your shopping here, the more shopping you do online, starting right here, the
more points you'll earn, and the faster you'll earn FREE jewelry, timepieces,

Do I earn Platinum Rewards points on all my
jewelry store purchases?
You will earn points on most of your purchases with Lacy & Co..
Some participating jewelers may exclude the earning of points on jewelry
repairs, watch repairs, restringing, appraisals, and/or other services, as well
as on the sale of certain discounted merchandise.
Please note that if you made a purchase where points were earned, and you later
return that purchase, you will forfeit the points earned on the purchase.
In addition, if your jeweler accepts trade-ins, points earnings are limited to
the net dollar amount (the amount of the new purchase, less trade-in credit
allowed).

How quickly can I redeem my Platinum Rewards
points after earning them?
In most cases, points earned on in-store purchases at Lacy & Co. will be
available to you within thirty (30) days. (Please ask Lacy & Co. staff for
specific details.)
For purchases you make from participating online merchants listed on this site
("network purchases"), earned Platinum Rewards points will be available for
redemption typically less than 45 days after the date of your
purchase. When your Platinum Rewards online statement lists a network purchase,
points earned from that purchase are available for redemption.
NOTE: Please allow up to 75 days for processing and posting of your network
purchase information and points earnings. Refer to our
terms and conditions for other pertinent information.

How do I check the balance in my account?
We send monthly account statements to Platinum Rewards members
approximately mid-month that
contain current point balances.
Detailed account statements, including transactional information,
are available at any time from
the
Account Statement page. You must be logged on as a Platinum
Rewards member user
in order to retrieve
your balance.
IMPORTANT: Platinum Rewards points are posted to member accounts monthly. If you
don't see a recent transaction, check back the following month.

Do I have to make purchases through this
site?
You can earn points on purchases through our network of online
merchants in two ways:
- The preferred way is through our Points
Maximizer software. This software makes it easy
and automatic to earn points
when you shop online by reminding
you of earnings opportunities
any time they are available.
To obtain this free software,
or to learn more, visit the
Points Maximizer page.
- The alternate way is to access the web
sites of participating online
merchants by locating them
on this site, and clicking
the links provided. When
you access the merchants
through our site, transaction
tracking is enabled so that
we can award you points on
your purchases.
IMPORTANT: If you access participating online merchants' web sites
and make purchases directly,
and not through the Points
Maximizer or through this web
site, your purchase is not
reported to us, and we cannot
award you points for the purchase.
Remember, you earn points on purchases at Lacy & Co., as well
as purchases from participating online merchants listed on this
site ("network purchases").

Do offline (retail) purchases at the stores
of participating merchants count?
No, not at this time. Your purchases must be made online, and must be made by
linking to the merchant web site, from this site, to count toward points
earnings. Click the categories on the left to find merchants and get started
earning points.

How many points do I get for my purchases?
The listings here on the site show the number of points you'll receive for each
dollar you spend with a participating online merchant. (Certain merchants award
a fixed number of points for a specific transaction, rather than points per
dollar.)

Is there a limit on how many Platinum Rewards points I can
earn or accumulate?
Absolutely not! You can earn as many Platinum Rewards points as you desire. As a
matter of fact, we encourage you to shop with Lacy & Co. and our online
merchants every day! There is no annual limit or total limit on the number of
Platinum Rewards points a member can earn and accumulate.

Will my Platinum Rewards points ever expire?
Under normal circumstances, no! However, if a member's account remains inactive
for more than three consecutive years (no credits or debits to the account),
then the account will be closed and the member will forfeit any accumulated
Platinum Rewards points.

Why do you need my e-mail address?
Is it required?
Your e-mail address is used as a primary identifier in our program.
What this means is that when
points information is sent
between Platinum Rewards and
Lacy & Co., our systems
use your e-mail address to
identify you and make sure
that your points earnings and
redemptions are properly applied.
We also use your e-mail address to communicate with you periodically.
It is a requirement of program
participation that you receive
your monthly statement by e-mail.
You must also receive changes
in the terms and conditions
of our program. All other e-mail
communication is optional.
You may set your e-mail preferences
by selecting the Account Maintenance
page.
A valid, working e-mail address is a requirement
of participation in Platinum
Rewards. If your e-mail address
is not valid, or becomes invalid,
you will not be able to earn
or redeem points in the program
until a valid e-mail address
is provided.
